Mattia Bianchi (DIRT., Berber & Q Group) will bring with him a posse of cutting-edge wine selectors and long time DIRT. collaborators:

Along with local wines from Baja California, the event will ba accompanied by a 5-course menu by chefs Nina Garay & Ruffo Ibarra.
